By accessing and using calls.rip ("Service"), operated by Scrubscript LLC ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Service.

calls.rip is an AI-powered outbound calling service that enables users to create automated phone calls using artificial intelligence. The Service includes:

  • Phone number verification through Twilio
  • Creation of call scenarios with goals and context
  • AI-powered voice conversations using OpenAI technology
  • Call transcripts and outcome tracking
  • Subscription-based access to calling features

3. Account Registration

To use calls.rip, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Verify your phone number through our verification system
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be at least 18 years of age

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use calls.rip only for lawful purposes. You may NOT use the Service to:

  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person
  • Make spam or unsolicited calls
  • Violate any local, state, national, or international law
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Make calls for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Violate the legal rights of others, including privacy rights
  • Make emergency calls (911 or similar services)

5. Calling Compliance

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding automated calling, including but not limited to:

  • Obtaining proper consent before making calls
  • Respecting Do Not Call registries
  • Following TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) requirements
  • Complying with local calling regulations in your jurisdiction

6. Subscription and Billing

calls.rip offers subscription plans with different calling limits and features:

  • Trial plans may be offered with limited functionality
  • Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
  • Subscription changes take effect at the next billing cycle
  • Unused calls do not roll over to the next billing period
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Scrubscript LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights.

8. Privacy and Data

Your use of calls.rip is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Third-Party Services

calls.rip integrates with third-party services including:

  • Twilio for phone services and verification
  • OpenAI for AI voice capabilities
  • Stripe for payment processing

Your use of these integrated services may be subject to their respective terms of service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCRUBSCRIPT LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Scrubscript LLC and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including legal fees, arising out of your use or misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

  • Breach of these Terms of Service
  • Violation of applicable laws
  • Harmful or abusive use of the Service
  • Extended period of inactivity

14. Changes to Terms
